Directions and a map to help you find Sandwell Farmhouse.

From the A38 (Exeter to Plymouth)

Leave at the Marley Head junction signposted South Brent and Avonwick. Take the right hand lane and at the roundabout the 3rd exit marked Webland/Diptford and then the road forks left straight away, go up past Marley Head Saw Mill (avoid the right fork for Webland!). Carry on through the woods up the hill and then follow a windy road round to the left which eventually joins the Avonwick to Totnes road. At the junction turn left. Drive on past the rather old fashioned Blue Post Garage. Continue round a couple of bends past Joiners Nursery and then past a sign for Hazard. Sandwell is next on the right just over the brow of the hill – signposted Sandwell. Just down on the right you will see 2 driveways together opposite a small thatched cottage. Take the first on the right marked Sandwell Farmhouse.

From Totnes

Take the Avonwick Road (Follaton Road) out of Totnes, The junction for Sandwell is approximately 3.3 miles from Totnes on the left hand side. Turn left at the junction, on the right you will see 2 driveways together opposite a small thatched cottage. Take the first on the right marked Sandwell Farmhouse.
